Machupicchu : New alternative for hiking 3050 above sea level does not require any fees. 3 hours. walk (round trip) is slow hike to the top of the mountain of Machupicchu. Recommended for the people who are fit.

Waynapicchu 2730 above sea level, restricted only 400 people per day. Hike is about 2 hours walk (round trip), not recommended for people with vertigo.

Inca Bridge : Short hike 40 minutes (round trip) some logs over a legde built by the Inkas as a draw bridge.

Inti Punko : Sun Gate and main entrance for hikers on the Inca Trail.

2 hours walk (round trip) recommended for every body.

Options around town :

Hot Springs : Natural hot springs, swimming pools in the open air.

5 minutes walk away from town. Entrance fee S/. 10.00

Putucusi : 2700 above see level, is a hike of 3 hours (round trip) a great panorama view of Machupicchu from on top. Recommended only for the people who are fit.

Museum and Botanical Garden : 30 minutes walk. Archeaological items exhibited and a garden with orchid, fruit, trees and ferms.

Walk to Mandor : Natural botanical garden along the walk.

Good for birdwatching. 3 hours walk (round trip)

Reccomendable for every body.
